Yes, you can purchase insurance after booking. However, for cancellation cover to be effective, we recommend buying insurance as soon as you confirm your trip or event.
How does the group discount work?
Groups of 10 or more travellers receive an automatic discount of up to 40% on the per-person premium. Larger groups (50+) may qualify for custom enterprise pricing — contact our team.
Is COVID-19 covered?
Yes, all our plans include COVID-19 medical cover. The Professional and Executive plans also include trip cancellation due to a positive COVID-19 test before departure.
How do I make a claim?
Claims can be filed online through our portal or by calling our 24/7 helpline. Simply upload your receipts, policy number and incident details — most claims are settled within 7 working days.
